Katrina McGuire
LCMHCA — Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate
I'm here to support children, teens, and young adults as they work through things like anxiety, depression, stress, identity development, self-esteem, school-related challenges, and behavioral concerns. My goal is to help clients better understand what they're feeling and find ways to cope that actually feel doable in everyday life.
As a Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate and former school counselor, I bring experience from both school and clinical settings into my work. I take a person-centered, collaborative approach and draw from evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and strengths-based approaches to help you find coping skills that work for you.
I strive to create a space that feels comfortable and supportive, where clients can show up as themselves without pressure or judgment. My hope is that clients leave sessions feeling a little more grounded, a little more confident, and more equipped to handle what they're facing.

Shanon Grieg
LCSWA — Licensed Clinical Social Work Associate
I enjoy working with teens and adults of all ages and backgrounds to support them through fluctuating seasons of life. I walk alongside my clients through anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, challenging relationships with food and body, and life transitions. My hope is to partner with clients to help them uncover their internal wisdom and resilience that have gotten them this far. Through holding a warm and nonjudgmental space, I help cultivate curiosity toward clients' stories so they can learn to listen to their inner compass and live full lives.
As a Clinical Social Worker, I also teach yoga and have former experience as an Occupational Therapy Assistant. These roles have allowed me to incorporate my healthcare and human service skills to become a competent and compassionate therapist. I utilize person-in-environment and strengths-based frameworks, drawing from IFS, trauma-informed, CBT, Mindfulness, ACT, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution Focused modalities to meet each client where they are. I am passionate about the mind-body connection and encourage clients to connect with their physical, mental, and emotional experiences when deciding what comes next. I believe each client is the expert of their own life, and my role as a clinician is to witness and hold space.
