Ashley West, LCSWA
Hello! I am a therapist committed to empowering individuals to take meaningful steps toward healing, growth, and lasting change. I recognize the strength and vulnerability it takes to begin the therapeutic process, and I commend you for taking this important step.
I provide therapy for children, adolescents, and adults navigating life transitions, anxiety, depression, trauma, attachment concerns, and interpersonal relationship challenges. My approach is warm, collaborative, and person-centered, meeting each individual where they are in their unique journey. I understand that life’s challenges can feel overwhelming, and I strive to provide a supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and valued.
I believe that each person is the expert on their own experiences and that therapy should be tailored to their unique needs and goals. Drawing from evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based practices, I help clients develop insight, strengthen coping skills, and build resilience. My goal is to create a safe, supportive environment where individuals can explore challenges, foster self-compassion, and work toward sustainable growth and well-being.
